Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar after West Bengal on Saturday. PM Modi will also address public meetings in Aurangabad and Begusarai. During this, PM will unveil development projects worth more than Rs 34,800 crore in Bihar. Apart from this, the Prime Minister will unveil several oil and gas projects worth about Rs 1.48 lakh crore spread across several states from here.
While returning from Bengal, PM Modi will reach Aurangabad in Bihar in the afternoon and will unveil several development projects worth Rs 21,400 crore in Aurangabad at around 2.30 pm. After this the PM will go to Begusarai, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 13,400.

In Aurangabad, Modi will unveil national highway projects worth Rs 18,000 crore, including laying the foundation stone of a six-lane bridge over the Ganga. This bridge will be constructed on the lines of the existing JP Ganga Setu. He will also dedicate to the nation three railway projects, which include doubling of Patliputra-Pahleja line. At the same time, he will also inaugurate a 26 kilometer long new line between Bandhua and Paimar.
During this time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also inaugurate 12 projects worth more than Rs 2,190 crore under the PM Namami Gange scheme. This includes sewerage treatment plants of Patna, Sonpur, Naugachia and Chhapra. He will also lay the foundation stone of Unity Mall in Patna. It will be constructed at a cost of Rs 200 crore, which will promote the project of one district, one product.
The PM will also unveil the Rs 1.48 lakh crore project in Begusarai which is spread across the KG basin as well as Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Punjab and Karnataka, an official statement said. PM will dedicate the first oil from KG Basin to the country and flag off the first tanker of crude oil from ONGC Krishna Godavari Deepwater Project.
PM will restart Barauni Hindustan Urvkar Rasayan Limited (HURL) in Begusarai and dedicate it to the nation. This plant has been restarted at a cost of Rs 9,500 crore which will provide urea to farmers at affordable prices. Along with this, PM will lay the foundation stone of expansion works of Barauni Refinery at a cost of Rs 11,400 crore.
'There will be strict security arrangements'
Officials said that strict security arrangements have been made in both the districts before the Prime Minister's visit. Top leaders of NDA including the Chief Minister are expected to attend both these programs. Begusarai and Aurangabad Lok Sabha seats are currently held by BJP.
